My brother and I found solace and wisdom when that so called long black hearse arrived to pick up our mother on the night of her death. Kindness, entered the door with them and respect and dignity exited the door when the escorted mom out for her solemn ride to Carolina Funeral home. From that moment, the Carolina team made what felt like the impossible task to my brother and I a one that was shepherd's with respect, dignity, honor, and love for the family. We cannot find the words to say how grateful we are to everyone at Carolina Funeral Home for the amazing "job" that was done, the end results, our feelings of comfort, and guiding us so graciously. We are forever grateful that our mom went to Carolina, and made her pre-arrangements, best gift ever, carried out in a professional manner , generously sprinkled with love and that down home tradition.
